Our President and CEO, Randy P. Campbell is the former Executive Director of the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones (NAFTZ). Based in Washington, DC, he worked with U.S. Congress to pass legislation simplifying entry procedures for FTZ’s, advised Department of Homeland Security, Department of Treasury, and U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) to help each implement policy regarding its proper role in the Foreign-Trade Zones program. Mr. Campbell’s participation was integral in Treasury’s creation of Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT), as well as the department’s efforts in the Black Market Peso Exchange Multi-lateral Working group meeting in Columbia. He is a former instructor for CBP at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
Prior to his work in Washington, he served as Vice President of Development for the York County Economic Development Corporation and Director of York Zone 147 in Pennsylvania. Mr. Campbell created the FTZ project for York, Pennsylvania. This Foreign-Trade Zone was the first in Pennsylvania to incorporate a regional concept.
Mr. Campbell has advised companies in South Africa, Spain, and France, and has worked with representatives of the World Customs Organization (WCO), the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the governments of the United States, South Africa, Spain, Panama, Aruba, and Columbia. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the World Trade Center (WTC) of central Pennsylvania, and a member of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association, and the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones.
Mr. Campbell is an advisor to the founding group of the World Free Zones Convention, and has been an active participant since its inception in 2001.
As a Foreign-Trade Zone consultant, Mr. Campbell has guided clients through FTZ savings analysis, approval, training, activation, and systems integration. Additionally, he has worked closely with the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Board in Washington, D.C. to expedite applications and assist in obtaining interim production authority. He is responsible for monitoring the latest changes and developments with regards to Foreign-Trade Zone regulations to ensure that Campbell Trade Group, Inc. is prepared to assist clients as required. Corey has experience creating and submitting Annual Reports to the FTZ Board for zones administered by the Campbell Trade Group, Inc.
Prior to joining CTG, Corey held various positions with Johnson Controls and York International Corporation. Mr. Campbell earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and Master of Business Administration degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
